With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, Stephanie Sabo brings a thoughtful, strategic, and highly personalized approach to every client she serves. She provides practical guidance and hands-on support throughout the buying and selling process, helping clients understand their options, using her keen negotiation skills, and coordinating a team of trusted professionals, so her clients can move forward with confidence. Her goal is to make complicated transitions feel more manageable while honoring the individual needs, priorities, and wishes of each client and family.
Earlier in her career, Stephanie worked in commercial real estate, overseeing portfolio investments, before returning to residential real estate. Her background in finance and commercial real estate gives her a strong understanding of numbers, investments, market dynamics, and the financial considerations that often shape a real estate decision. Whether helping a buyer find the right home or investment, guiding a seller through a successful sale, or assisting a family through a major life change, Stephanie focuses on creating a clear strategy and making decisions that make sense both financially and personally. Today, she combines that investment perspective with a genuine understanding of the importance a home holds in her clients' lives.
A native of Marin County, Stephanie was raised in Sleepy Hollow and has lived throughout North, South, and Central Marin. Her deep familiarity with the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle of the area allows her to offer clients valuable local insight and perspective. She works primarily throughout Marin and Sonoma counties, with additional experience across the greater San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California, and draws on a trusted network of agents in other markets to connect clients with the right representation wherever their search may lead.
A particular focus of Stephanie's practice—supported by her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation—is working with seniors, their families, and heirs. She understands that real estate decisions later in life are rarely just about buying or selling a property. They can involve major family decisions, downsizing, estate transitions, inherited property, relocation, preparing a home for sale, or helping families navigate the many details that come with a significant life change.
She's passionate about helping families understand how much of a difference thoughtful estate planning can make. When a loved one has clearly documented their wishes and made thoughtful arrangements for their assets and property, the process can be far more straightforward for those left to carry them out.
Stephanie has seen firsthand how this kind of planning can provide clarity during an otherwise difficult time. That perspective informs the way she works with seniors, adult children, trustees, and heirs today—not as an estate-planning professional, but as a real estate advisor who understands the importance of preparation, communication, and having a plan.
